As negotiations around teacher compensation reach a fever pitch in places like Arizona and Oklahoma, some advocates are working to illuminate educator salary information on their own home turf.

DelawareCAN recently launched an interactive tool showcasing Delaware salaries by district, school, and educator type.

The information, obtained through a records request earlier this year, allows users to compare salaries for administrators and educators in specific districts and schools as well as look at department staff salaries.
