Jen Alexander is Executive Director of the PIE Network. For over 20 years, Jen has worked at the national, state, and local level to bridge gaps between education policy, politics, and practice to make sure that all children get a great public education regardless of race, zip code or family income. Before joining PIE Network, Jen served as the CEO of the Connecticut Coalition for Achievement Now, a pacesetting model of effective state-level education advocacy. For years, Jen was an active member of the PIE Network and draws on lessons she learned on the ground to build the strength, connectivity, and impact of the Network. Jen is a graduate of George Peabody College at Vanderbilt University and holds a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University.
